Chef Cristina Diaz, Mexican chef specialized in Monaco, Monte Carlo, in catering and hotel business management. She has worked in restaurants with Michelin stars in Europe. Currently she collaborates in projects of global companies and in her company “Tablier taller” (@tabliertaller) she shares her experiences at cooking through workshops and her products line and services. Cristina is passionate about Mexican and seasonal cuisine, she loves taking influences from different parts of the world, to create unexpected mixtures that almost always give incredible results.
